Lucye Robillard Magical Hot Brown Sauce Tonic - no cook


1.Italian herbs with no salt added (salt kills the good bacteria that we all need) 
must contain bay, oregano and basil, thyme and rosemary
2. date puree or tamarind sauce - sugar and salt free - 4 tbs
3. tomato puree 3 tbs
4. malt vinegar 1/2 cup
5. agar agar/ Carrageen 
6. st dalfour orange and ginger preserve 1 teaspoon (or tspn of orange zest, 1/2 tspn ginger)
7. grated lime zest 1 teaspoon
8. pomegranate molasses 1 teaspoon
9. molasses (meridian) 
10. balsamic vinegar
11. allspice - pinch
12. ginger - pinch
13. mace - pinch
14. cinnamon/cassia - pinch
15. curcuumin - 1/2 tsp
16. turmeric - 1/4 tspn
17. paprika - 1/4 tspn 
18. cayenne 1.4 tsp
19. perilla/sunflower/rapeseed oil  1 tsp
20. mixed  peppercorns, ground - 1/4 tspn
(no sugar added)
21. onion powder 1/2 tspn
22. mustard powder 1 tspn
(add your own ingredients but take non away, i add celery seeds crushed but not often as celery blocks calcium uptake, not great for when bones need strengthening)
23. Honey,  1-2 teaspoons
24. Port (optional) 1 teaspoon
25. Parsley 1/2 teaspoon chopped/dried
26. Garlic powder 1/4 tspn (optional)
​You can try mixing with apple sauce (bramley) for Pork dishes. By itself for pasta and rice. Mix with broad beans and lentils for when feeling bluesy
